Dr. Kottemann has beautiful offices and seems to be the "trendy" orthodontist for many customers. However, I am very dissatisfied with my results. After almost three years of having braces, Dr. Kottemann neglected to institute any follow-up treatment. Without any kind of a retainer to keep my teeth in place, they are once again moving and becoming crooked. I have been back into the office about 8-10 times in the past 3 years and every time he insists that my "teeth are straight" and refuses to make a retainer but instead just gives my teeth a cosmetic shaving.
They also need a new receptionist.
