Dr. Igel's staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. We've had trouble with my daughter's wires cutting into her after hours, and the emergency staff is right there to meet you and help with a smile on their face! Dr. Igel obviously knows what he is doing and my daughter's progress is phenonimal. He makes it fun for the kids with prizes and he can be humerous at times, too, and kids enjoy that. Their Omaha office is contemporary and their waiting room is very nice - the coffee is always right there for you. I don't know if he's the cheapest, but I do believe they are the best.
