I have spent twelve years of my life with Jackie Berkowitz and I can say, without exception, his 'treatment' has been the worst experience of my life. He tried to bring a tooth down and as a result, my entire upper right set of teeth from my front two back migrated up. Despite years of voicing concerns, he blew them off and didn't even communicate my history with the oral surgeon, who thought it was a genetic defect and suggested maxillofacial surgery to bring my jaw down with a cadaver bone. Berkowitzs lacks professionalism, communication, and empathy. Do yourselves a favor and AVOID
