WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! He demands excellence of his own work and his technicians so the professionalism is consistently high. He is a warm hearted high energy person that is fun to be around-earthy. My entire family has had their braces put on by Jackie and it's always pleasant to return for our yearly check. The only unfortunate things is the front desk staff has changed over the years and right now they don't have the same welcoming enthusiasm that was once there--perhaps the regular people were on vacation or these were temps but I'm sure Jackie will resolve it quickly because he knows good customer service starts at the door and on the phones. Smart people who want their teeth to be straightened correctly will go see the best-- Jackie Berkowitz..
