Dr. Berkowitz is the most down to earth Orthodontist I've ever met. His personality makes him fun to be around. From the young lady at the front desk to the Technicians and the Finance Manager, his staff make a visit to their office an extremely pleasant event. Being an older adult patient, I see that they have mastered the customer service and interpersonal skills needed to make me feel relaxed and at home while I see even their youngest patients enjoying themselves. The facilities are fantastic, they have a large waiting room with a special section for the kids that has video games. And for the adults, they serve Starbucks coffee. From my first meeting with Dr. Berkowitz he has stressed that his business is all about the Doctor - Patient relationship and he has proven it every step of the way. He and his staff are warm, fun and engaging and I recommend you make them part of your extended family. I feel like I've known them for many years.
