My experience with Dr Teng lead me to question his professional ethic. He does not deliver what he promised, and he was reluctant to admit his being incompetent and making wrong decisions during the treatment process.
When he was asked about a second opinion, He would give ambiguous answers at the beginning even though he knew the other doctor's suggestion would be his choice of treatment eventually. This way, he gives the patient false hope and thus lure the patient to his business. As a doctor, he should be frank about the treatment plan and be open about what he can/cannot do.
