My now 25 year old son had gone to Dr. Spitz since he was 5 and when he turned 18 he didn't want to stop going to Dr. Spitz. He went until he was 19 and decided when he was the only HUGE kid in the waiting room it was time to move on. :~)
Now he has a son who is almost 3 and wants to take him there too.
BTW - my son never had a cavity until he was 18. Thanks Dr. Spitz & staff.
