The dentist was not really willing to take care of my babies. It was on my request that she saw them. All was done by the technician who fortunatelly was very nice and did her job very well. Moreover she was not behaving as a pediatric dentist. My daughter was scared and was crying but the detist did nothing to make it easier for her(e.g. sometimes doctors show toys or talk to kids to distract them). Also, I think it is imortant to have a nice compassionate and understanding dentist who will explain everything to you especially when it is the first dentist visit for your kids (the y were 15 months).
