Although Dr. Mann himself is very good with the kids I found the billing support staff to be questionable (incorrect insurance filings, double filing of claims and incorrect coding of claims) resulting in the need for personal payment versus insurance paying for treatment. This is not a neighborhood practice but a big business. To put it simply I felt like I was simply a number easily replaced not a patient that the organization cared about.
