The Doctor is nice and work is good. However customer service is not a speciality. I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule appointment for my children so it could be done befor went back to school. I waited 10 days then called. There were no more appointments left before school started.
Also, They do not send out reminder cards or leave reminder messages. This would not be a big deal except that you will be charged $25 for a missed appointment.
