I called to ask about a bill I received in the mail and spoke to Nina. She must of been having a bad day because she hung up on me. I guess she did'nt feel it was necessary to grant me an explanation. She simply said to contact the office manager, gave me someone's name and hung up on me. I couldn't believe she had just done that. I had never dealt with a professional office that had such poor customer service skills before. So, naturally I called back and someone other that Nina answered. I called back and spoke to the office manager and there was not one hint of concern or even an attempt at an explanation. I explained that I was pulling my son out of their clinic simply because of how disrespectful they had been and she said, ok.
About Front Desk: The reason I am switching offices is because of the staff. They are rude and unprofessional.
