Dr. M is a skilled craftsman and a perfectionist. I've heard from others in his profession that he is the dentist to other dentists. He enjoys explaining the whys and hows of what he does and does so in an interesting and informative way. Over the years he has converted my bad teeth into a smile I'm proud of. He goes out of his way to be sure you are feeling no discomfort. He has responded to emergency calls on weekends and even while out of town at speaking engagements. His staff is top notch and follows through on everything.
His offices are beautifully designed. A computer hook up and desk are provided for his patients' convenience - however I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. His staff is so friendly that I feel like they're family. I'm not informed enough to know how his rates compare to others - but the staff submits electronic claims to my insurance company on the spot. I'd never use another dentist. If he wins the lottery and retires, I'll be in a fix. As an added touch and a tradition at the office, the receptionist provides fresh long-stem carnations to patients on the way out the door. I found him in the yellow pages 20 years ago - how lucky was that?
