When I showed up for my appointment there was no waiting. He explained in detail what he was going to do, and perfomed the surgery with great success. I was comfortable, it wasn't painful and it didn't take very long. After the procedure, the front desk receptionist was very friendly and she did a thorough job in explaining what I needed to pay and what my insurance would pay.
