I did not get the procedure done because of the incompetency of the front desk staff. However, I'll give his chair-side manners a 2 star, Nothing bad, nothing special.

About Front Desk: They are all very unreliable and lack knowledge on what they are doing regarding insurance claims. Extremely poor customer service! I decided to go to another oral surgeon.
