Overall a good experience. I have confidence in Scott Garrison and his office crew. My primary dentist follows a strategy of sticking to what he does well and referring to excellent specialists for other procedures. Dr Garrison was one of those specialists. It is friendly and professional; everyone is approachable and present when you are talking to them. I had a dental implant done after other dentists had messed up my tooth. Scott was great, very communicative, honest, and was conscientious about following up to see how things were healing. The original procedure was much less difficult than I had anticipated - most likely due to his skill. When I had feedback about any problems, everyone there listened and responded well. There was a small problem at one point several months after the implant procedure and he addressed it, did follow up visits, and didn't charge anything additional. He just wanted to get it right. A few years on now and the implant is doing well. I think you get what you pay for. I'm glad I went to these folks.
