I had two extractions, and two implants and experienced no pain. The cost for the implants was $5,000 with $4,330 upfront. Total bill came to $5,753. Abutments w/crowns were done by my regular dentist. Total came to $8,780. I was expecting the bill to be about $2,000 less.
