I really liked Dr. Lu at first. Until yesterday. My son had been in to see him with a severely impacted molar.He wasn't responding very well to antibiotics and the school nurse called me with her concerns. So I called Dr. Lu, and instead of seeing my son, he told me to get him to emergency because he could go into shock and pass out. So, of course I did. The hospital was amazed by this, and so was my best friend...an oral surgeons assistant for 20 plus years. He didn't even bother to have him come in. Seven hours later, I find out the tooth needs to come out now! Well DUH! Dr. Lu just didn't want to deal with us evidently. Thanks! Maybe I'll send him the bill!
