Dr Simon is amazing. I had extreme pain in my molar and called his emergency line on a holiday weekend, he answered HIMSELF, and met me in his office within an hour. Diagnosed the crack and infection, Gave me an antibiotic and pain meds and told me if it was still painful in the AM to call him. I called again on the the Sunday of the Holiday weekend and he met me again at his office and pulled the tooth (at my request and his recommendation) He did not hesitate to come in on a weekend, a holiday and without staff. He never once focused on budget or billing, just easing my severe pain. He called me twice today to see how I was feeling. On a NON emergency basis his staff is also amazing... friendly, courteous and overly accomodating!! Highly recommended!

About Front Desk: The staff is wonderful. Always friendly, always supportive. They try to get you in for a problem even if overbooked and really care about you. They always call you to follow up to see if you are ok and if you need anything. The best.
