I used to love this dentist and his staff but for the past couple of years they don't seem to care about anything anymore. They never return phone calls and I have been unable to get a final treatment plan for work that began more than a year ago. They promised to submit my treatment plan, etc to the insurance company and never did. When I asked why they didn't, the dentist told me they don't do that anymore. Now I have to find someone to finish the work he started and am struggling to get my records from them. This is crazy. Dental work is tough enough without all this added angst and aggrivation.
