Dr. Sheres and the staff are very personable and professional. The office is well run - I've never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. The staff is friendly during the appointment, always reviews my history and asks for updates, and seems concerned about lifestyle and medical updates that might impact my treatment.
I've had standard cleanings / checkups, and cavities filled. All of these procedures have been painless, and I've never had any following complications or pain.
The office has always billed my insurer and handled all paperwork, then billed me for anything not covered by insurance.
I've recommended Dr. Sheres to several friends and co-workers, and they've all been pleased.
