It had been too long since I've seen Dr. Malin, so it was difficult for me to "man up" and make an appointment. This was my first visit to her new office. It was a great experience. I was so nervous going in but the staff were warm, welcoming and completely non-judgmental. The facilities are first-class. Modern technology but the office didn't feel institutional. Dr. Malin's chair-side manner is fabulous. I cannot say enough about how comfortable she made me feel. I didn't feel like a patient as much as a "partner" in my care. I didn't hesitate to make an appointment for my 6-month check up.

About Front Desk: Fabulous. I was greeted by name when I walked in and I was put immediately at ease. Alex went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The appointment began right on time and ended exactly when I was told it would end. This was important to me as I had a work event that I needed get to; I got there exactly on time.

About Hygienist: Joanne was terrific. She explained everything she was doing and her touch was quite gentle. Really great.
