He is over booked and runs late. He is really nice and has a very clean and neat office with a tv and videos for the children. My crowns did not pass quality assurance twice. Once I finally got them I experienced pain when chewing. I was told I need a root canal. In addition, one of my crowns appear to be shorter then my original tooth. Dr. Broeker said it's not because it matches the mold of my mouth, but I think it is. I did not and will not go back. The staff was somewhat friendly. His billing person was not friendly at all. She border on rude and unconcerned. Fees were high. I feel abused and will not go back for more. I could say more but it would appear the I am bashing him when in actuality I did not like his service nor attitude towards me.
