Office staff is the most incompetent dental staff I've ever dealt with. Our insurance refused payment of my husband's obviously broken tooth. By the time we tracked the insurance down and sent proof, the tooth broke well below the gum surface causing severe pain. No take-home pain medication given after repeated requests. He spent the rest of the evening suffering.
Office staff also lost our file on two occasions.
