Dr. Dinh is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. She is rather young, which may bother some people who want a more experienced dentist. However, she is good with her hands, and most of my procedures have been painless. She is also very smart and thorough. My biggest complaint is that I always had a long waiting time when I came for my appointments. I waited at least 20 mins on most visits, and once had to wait 45 min! Also, once I was around 5-10 min late for my appt, and was told I would have to reschedule. I found this pretty unfair, considering I always had to wait for them to see me. But overall, I was satisfied with Dr. Dinh's services.
