The office staff and the Dr. avoided eye contact - it was very weird. He is a great dentist, but each time we've gone I've felt like we were intruding on something. Lots of tension in the air. Very weird. Couldn't tell if it was me or them. Kind of uncomfortable and unpleasant. I had to work hard to keep the visit a positive experience for my kids.
