Performed deep cleaning. My insurance did not cover much so had to pay around $400 out of pocket. Dr. Evans was very nice and helpful throughout. I found herself/staff to be quite honest i.e. didn't try to sell me extra services. She gave me local anesthesia and pain was minimal. I recommend her to anyone looking for reasonable dental care in the south bay.
