Orignally liked them. Then they took money out of my checking account for over 6 months & Katie claimed they never did. She chastised me for not making my payments & demanded I take out a care credit card. I did so. I checked my records & let her know she was wrong. She then let me know they had done this to lots of people & she knew that was likely what had happened & she would get me refunded promptly. Katie then wasted months not solving the problem telling me she was working on it and being rude to me about it. They determined they owed me $325 but refused to pay me directly. After months they still weren't applying it to the card as promised & Katie was ignoring my calls. I disputed the charges. She sent the card company a nasty letter completely trashing me! In the letter she admitted their mistake but then charged me $100 out of nowhere for the free service of re-cementing the crown they put on so poorly that it falls off almost monthly. I was not told there would be any charge all of a sudden for this regular temporary remedy for their poor work which I'd always been forgiving of while bringing them multiple new customers and speaking well of them. Never again!
