I went to Dr. Shank with an infected molar that was exceedingly sensitive and painful. I saw him several times over a few months before I moved to a different city. I had a rather extreme fear of dentists; he was comforting and supportive at every step of the process. He handled it perfectly when I nearly fainted at one point, including going down to get me orange juice from Au Bon Pain, and he performed good work for an excellent price. He also got me an excellent referral in my new city. Recommended.
