After just one year of not having visited my previous dentist who did not accept my new insurance, she determined that I needed 4 crowns and 4 fillings! I now have to get the crowns redone as I have been in pain ever since she worked on my teeth. She also charged me beyond the allowed amount based on insurance requirements.
