I went to Dr. Jackman for a basic dental cleaning. My first sign should have been the 2-3 hour wait. After 1 hour I did receive an X-ray. The service seemed rushed and not thorough. The people at the front desk are semi-helpful when the are around. It can get crowded so you might not have a seat. It does not matter if you come at your appointment time... they have 3 other patients who have the same appointment time.
The cleanings are not the best and I don't know how but I think the dentist didn't even do my fillings right, and when I mentioned it she told me she would have to re do them! I don't think so! I am not very good at picking out dentists, and this was a BAD choice.
I feel the problem is that she is the only dentist working, there should be at least two.
