I went to Dr. Cook for a crown (another doctor did the actual tooth implant) and also for bonding on one of my front teeth. They got the color wrong on the crown, and the shape looks nothing like the shape of that same tooth on the opposite side. The crown is in the front, so it's obvious my smile isn't even now. Then when they did the bonding on a tooth in the front, it chipped off 3 times within the first month! Everytime I went back to have it fixed, they kept implying that it was MY fault that the bonding chipped. They told me I shouldn't bite into any food. I asked them how I was supposed to eat then, but of course they didn't have an answer for me. Dr. Cook and his staff were rude and condescending to me. The only time they were nice to me was when I finally gave up on trying to get them to do their work correctly. I paid thousands of dollars to have all this work done, and I am so far from being happy with the end result. The interesting thing about their bonding material chipping so much is that I have actually had bonding done before years before that. It was from another dentist, and they bonded that same tooth that Dr. Cook ended up bonding. I had the other bonding for 6 years without any problems at all!

I know this doctor: 2 years, 6 months
