I waited to long for my appointment time, nobody really explained treatment or cost associated with it. I was told my insurance company would pay the whole amount, but ended up paying none of the extra work that he recommended.
I wouldn't recommend him and if you have to go, get all treatments and cost in writing .... they seem to be a moving target.
