I have never written a review on anything but I have to now because this office is terrible. 3 year old son pulled out part of his open face crown, couldnt see dr gober of course but saw dentist and she said he needed surgery but there was nothing they could do until then. I called back later that day and she told me to give him an airhead to chew on so the facing of crown would come off. She couldnt do anything but she is telling me to give my child an airhead so a 3 year old could do it himself. we called the office several times about insurance for this last issue and everytime we called we spoke to someone else who had no authority to do anything. After we paid $400 upfront we then called back to ask about insurance and the lady said "it looks like we are not going to charge you for this since it was only 9 months ago when you got the crowns in to begin with." Somebody then called us back and told us that they were only going to refund half the money and asked us for creditcard info. The next day we didnt have the refund we called again only this time for the office manager to be gone for days. When we call back the next week somebody else tells us that they are not going to give us any refund. We still haven't talked to office manager because she likes to hide like a little mouse apparently. So whatever, pissed off as we are, we have no choice but to do surgery for my little guy, we paid $400 for tooth that was just done 10 months ago (even though our insurance said that we shouldnt have to pay it and the dentist shouldnt charge because it has been so soon since it was done), another $800 dollars for anesthesia. They tell us to be in office at 7:30 for surgery and office didnt even open doors to after 8am that day and then still had a mix up with the timing, anestesiologist and dr gober didnt know they had a 8am appt. Dr gober then told the anesthesiolgist that he needed only a couple minutes to do procedure and that the other dr didnt even need to put an iv in my kid. Luckily the anestesolgist didnt listen and knows better then to do something like that and take chances with a small child who is being put under for surgery. Dr Gober was good the first surgery my son had and I thought it would be ok again even though office staff is terrible. But I was wrong. I didnt like the way he was going to take chances with my kid by saying he didnt even need an iv. Didnt like the fact that he didnt come talk to us after procedure. Do not ever go here!! the worst. Not only are they totally unorganized but they are also rude and nobody knows what they are doing in the front. Dentist is young and like I said told me to give my kid an airhead to rip his tooth off. Dr gober is ok but not good enough to deal with all of that other crap. I dont think this office does stuff on the up and up. My kid is good now and happy with his tooth but we will never go back to that crazy place.
