About Front Desk: On more than one occasion, and for more than one person in my family, the front desk has completely lost appointments. They like to blame it on a computer "glitch," and seem reluctant to take responsibility for the mistake themselves. They seem comfortable that the "glitch" happens from time to time. For some reason, they are reluctant to switch to a more reliable system. I do not know who is really to blame, but there is a problem that continues to occur. The office offers clients no compensation when the problem occurs and the staff appear unconcerned about any sacrifices the client may have made to make it to the correct appointment, let alone what sacrifices they will have to make to come back another day.
