Warning, do not go to this dentist. While he is perfectly nice, he does poor work and charges almost twice what other dentist charge. I have had months of pain because of a crown he messed up. The tooth wasn't the right color and didn't cover half of my tooth. It looked like a mushroom cap and wasn't sealed so bacteria got inside and I had to have a root canal after just a few months of having the crown. When I went back and asked him about it (twice) he said it was a "conservative preparation" so I could keep my tooth clean. He offered to take it out and try again, but I passed.
Again, I repeat, do not use this dentist.
