My very first gum graft, and I'm actually quite pleased with the overall experience. First, Dr Stanard and his staff are great. He's very friendly and answered all my questions, and importantly my procedure itself was completely successful. He also gave him his personal cell phone number and called me after the procedure to check up on me personally. His staff are great too, very friendly and helpful, and they actually recognized me by sight and remembered my name after a few visits, which I thought was pretty amazing. I was always able to get appointments relatively easily and never had to wait long after arriving. Second, the office location is great -- conveniently located right by the Dupont Circle metro (south exit), and there's a pharmacy right next door (so you can pick up prescription meds afterwards). It's also convenient to be able to grab soups and shakes after your procedure at the lunch places immediately next door (because you can't eat solid food after your gum graft and are in no mood to go trudging around the city). All in all, I'm very happy with Dr Stanard!

About Front Desk: Kevin was the front desk staff member I worked with the most. Super friendly and he recognized me and said hi every time I walked in the door.
