Dr. Santos office has helpful cheerful staff. I have been going to Dr. Santos for 14 years now. I am over 40 and have had dozens of dentist in my life and he is the best of the bunch. I can't comment about cost since Delta Dental covers nearly everything. I also travel from San Jose to Palo Alto to see him (22 miles). Worth the drive.
