Dr. Caldemeyer and his staff exhibited the highest professionalism. The facilities are top-notch and the service level very high. The procedure I went through was an implant of the socket in the lower jaw. Even though I was only under nitrous oxide, it was painless and not really uncomfortable.
They weren't the least expensive in town, but do you really want to skimp on your surgeon? Not me!
