I've been going to see Dr. Shiba ever since I was an "adult" and stopped seeing the children's dentist. So, I don't have any other dentists by which to compare.
Still, the atmosphere is pleasant and the routine cleanings/fillings are simply easy. I worry about my dental visits about as much as getting a car wash (very little worry, just something you need to get done).
The dental assistants are very friendly and professional, too. Dr. Shiba is understanding and practical in her advice. There's nothing to suggest anything but complete honesty and genuine care toward her patients.
I'm not sure how costs compare to others since I haven't had anything but routine checkups since I started my own coverage.
