I've been there for four years all together -- blame my laziness. The office is old and dirty, appointment is meaningless, since you will have to wait for at least ONE HOUR if you are lucky!
The dentists there changed often, they changed three principle dentists in less than four years! And it is very hard to stick with one dentist.
Most dentists in this office simply want more money from your pocket. Every time when I visited the office, they told me I have so many cavities (my new dentist hardly find cavities nowadays!!) and this and that problems blah blah. Several years ago, Dr. Robin told me my gum needs special treatment, and would cost more than $1000, blame my stupidness, I said OK (because I need to go on a long vacation very soon, I did not do any researches) -- I paid >$1000 since insurance won't cover it. Guess what she did? she simply put some medication to my gum, and the whole procedure took less than 15 mins!
