When I entered the office the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the waiting room was. It was a very good first impression. The women at the window, Joann was very curtious and assisted me with the paperwork I needed to complete. She was very helpful. The area where they performed the work was as clean as the waiting room. Dr. Panella was there moments after I arrived and he began the work on my root canal. I asked for gas, and he provided it. He was friendly and helped to alliviate my anxiety. The procedure went very well and there was little or no pain. When I was finished they gave me some instructions and medication. The next day I received a call from that wonderful lady Joann asking how I was doing the day after. I was fine. All in all it was a very good experience, and I would recommend Dr. Panella to anyone who asked me.
