In the span of 3 months, I visited Dr. Natanov 7 times. Twice for cleanings (the second being unnecessary, in my opinion), once for fillings, and 4 times for filling adjustments, which never solved the problem of him completely terraforming my mouth to months of pain and misery in his excuse for preventative dentistry. Natanov deemed it necessary to replace all my intact amalgam fillings with composite. Not necessary at all. In fact, incredibly dumb of him, as many other dentists have said, but he pushed me into doing 7 of them in 3 mouth corners in one appointment. Billing practices are sketchy (they bill before the work is done instead of contacting insurance first). The facilities are open and rooms have little to no privacy. Everything looks dated. Receptionists are very lackluster and unprofessional. I experienced months of pain and filed a complaint to the Kansas Dental Board after this quack forcefully coerced me into replacing my fillings so he could make extra money. It would warm my heart to see this place get shut down.

About Front Desk: Incompetent and failed to comply with the HIPAA privacy rule when I wanted to transfer my x-rays.
