WARNING!!!! This is the worst dentist in San Diego!!!! I have been going to DDS Bougher for a few years and have basically put up with his dental routine since our previous dentist passed away. Our whole family has been very displeased with his lack of knowledge, snotty bed side manner, and painful dentistry. The office may look the same as when it was owned by DDS Marc but the dentistry is pathetic. The machines are not being maintenance so they are often out of service and the office seems to be very unclean. I finally have had enough when I brought my son in for x-rays and because the machine was out of toner they could not take the x-rays. They still charged my insurance. THIS IS CALLED FRAUD! My family and I will be looking for services somewhere else.
