My daughter was seen by Dr. Carter for a retreat of a previous root canal performed by another dentist. Dr. Carter was very kind to my daughter. He talked with me before the procedure and took the time to answer all of my questions. My daughter is 14 and this work was done on one of her front teeth. Her visit with Dr. Carter was on a Friday. Dr. Carter called to check up on her on Saturday and Sunday. He was very nice and talked to me about the options that are open to us to try to restore her tooth. I am so grateful for all the help given by Dr. Carter and his staff. He understood the stress my daughter and I were under and took the time to ensure everything was alright on his days off!! Dr. Carter definitely went above and beyond what I expected!
