This dentist is OK and the process of finding another dentist is too difficult because of my insurance. I don't have any major complaints other than the office could use a makeover and it just feels like a "second-tier" dentist office. Dr. El Haje himself is fine, if a little brusque, but I am comfortable with his treatment.
I have had cleanings and fillings done by him over the years and everything has been easy and mostly painless.
One specific complaint - his office is the only dental office I've ever been to that doesn't give out free toothbrushes and dental floss. Not a big thing, but just makes it seem cheap.
