Dr. Alexandra Thomson is absolutely awesome. Dr. Thomson and team always met my expectations to include great general dentistry, great specialty care, pain-free experiences, very kid-friendly, accommodating for the busy professional, and never, ever administrative (billing) problems (kudos Karen).
