My question regarding the parameters of your survey is - should a dental office REALLY feel like a health spa? I am going to get my teeth cleaned, not workout or get a facial - that's why they call them health spas -its a dentists office for heavens sake.
A 5-start hotel? Again this is dentists office, not some 5-star hotel where they fawn over you.
Get some realistic parameters for your review - they are not realistic or within the context of what a dentists office is.
About Hygienist: Kim - she is great, nice touch and has good chair-side manners. Top shelf!
