My Invisalign experience with this doctor was awful since year 2005. They are not professional at all.
I was told that my teeth will be straightening within a year. After 2 years treatment, my teeth was not straightening at all. I was told that I need to wear few more sets of alighner, the process was painful. They didnt keep their promise that what they have told me earlier.
For some reason, I was relocated to other states this year. I was told that I have no alternative solution but need to fly back to Jacksonville for continue treatment. They refused to send me a new sets of alighner by post to save my hassle. In fact, they want me fly all the way with a baby from west coast just to get a new set of alighner.
I find no way to seek help, therefore i want to share my personal experience here. I am deeply regret to choose this provider.
I tried to compromise to pay for my impression here with my new denstist and send it to Invisalign for a new set of alighner order. But Dr Witten refused to accept the suggestion and insist want me to fly back for more than 2 times. one time for impression to be done, one time for alighner pick up. I need to buy 2 round trip for myself and my baby just to get the treatment continue.
