Good dentist with great "bedside manner". Customer service not so good. Appears to be a high staff turnover both at the front desk and with dental assistants based on my numerous visits there for various dental work, including crowns, bridges, cleanings, cavity fills. Staff has always been polite, but front desk people who handle billing, appointments, etc., sometimes appear like they're new at the job and don't have a good handle on billing procedures with insurance companies they accept.
Prices are probably consistent with rest of South Florida / Miami area, i.e., extremely high relative to many other areas of the U.S.
