I have been a happy and satisfied patient of Dr. Ferguson and his staff for over 20 years now. I was there today for preparation for a crown on an upper molar, (my second) and the experience was just as upbeat and pleasurable as ever. Dr. Bob and his staff were great and made me feel at ease. Despite the expense of a new crown and me not having dental insurance anymore, I am still so happy with their level of expertise, professionalism and gentle, calming attitude. As an established patient, I was able to split the cost into multiple payments. Dr. Bob was even on-call during the holiday when I had the problem with this tooth, and I appreciated his patience and advice for a temporary remedy til I could set up an appointment. I called the very next week and they fit me in right away. If you have any fears about going to the dentist, or if you're in search of an expert, gentle dental professional, please give Dr. Ferguson a try. I've been with him all these years and will continue to see him til the day he retires (which hopefully won't be too soon!). Mike Konstan - Apopka, FL

About Hygienist: My hygienist for the crown prep work was Wanda, who was wonderful. She was gentle and thorough as well, and got my temporary crown to fit perfectly the first time. I'll be back in a few weeks for the permanent crown and a cleaning appointment. All the girls there in Dr. Ferguson's office are a joy to work with. They make a great team and several have been with Dr. Bob for many years.

I know this doctor: over 20 years!
